Our principles

Diversity, equity, and inclusion
form the foundation of our success

This attitude is also reflected in our company values #wecareforthecrew and #weembraceindividuality. Diversity plays an important role for us, especially in team work. We believe that the more diverse the team, the greater the enrichment for all team members.

A milestone for us was the signing of the Diversity Charter in 2021, with which we want to send a clear signal for diversity and tolerance in the workplace. At the same time, sexism, racism, and any form of discrimination are not tolerated with us. We see our work environment as a protected space where everyone can fully develop.

We stand for structures where all employees feel comfortable with their individual life stories and as part of the team. This framework allows us to both recognize and appreciate our differences and discover our commonalities.

Many foundations for a more diverse statcrew are already in place

Below is a selection of measures we have already implemented to promote more diversity,
equality, and inclusion in the workplace.

statwomen

In 2021, we established the statwomen group. This group meets, among other things, once a month for a joint lunch to talk about various topics and share their own experiences in a protected environment.

Further training

We also organize trainings on the topics of diversity, equity and inclusion. With this, we want to sharpen the awareness of the statcrew and further optimize personnel decisions in recruiting and everyday work with regard to fairness and inclusion.

Women in the tech industry

To promote the visibility of women in tech professions, we also cooperate with non-governmental organizations such as Women in AI & Robotics. We also now regularly participate in Girls' Day.

Equal opportunities

We attach great importance to equal opportunities and ensure this by defining objective assessment criteria and regularly reflecting on them. With clearly defined career plans and salary structures, we ensure transparency and offer our employees optimal opportunities for further development.

Childcare Program

To better combine work and private life, we offer childcare support and flexible part-time models. Furthermore, within the framework of our Remote Work Policy, you have the possibility to flexibly arrange your working hours and locations.

Internal place to go

If a case of discrimination, racism or sexism does occur, we have established a clear process against it – to be on the safe side – and defined specific people within the company who one can contact at any time with one's concerns.

About us

queerworx – Treffpunkt der Vielfalt

queerworx began as an occasional gathering of LGBT community members in a small group. Now, the 15+ queer colleagues and allies meet once a month in a relaxed atmosphere and go on outings such as to the Pride Parade, the Pink Christmas Market, or a Sunday brunch. As queerworx, we aim to provide a safe space for open exchange about daily life and its challenges.

Additionally, queerworx serves as an internal LGBTQIA+ advocacy group. Our goal is to make statworx an even more inclusive workplace through close collaboration with management and people management. We provide feedback on policy proposals and bring relevant topics to the attention of the right people. New members are warmly welcome at queerworx!

With our measures, we are on the right track
